Setting	Purpose
Title Font Size	Set the font size for the refund title. Default value is 14/72. Values are 8/72, 10/72, 12/72, 14/72.
Refund Title	The title for the refund
Refund Number Title	The title for the refund number
Refund Date Title	The title for the refund date
Total Refund Title	The title for the refund total
