Sale Adjustment Line Items

Each line item on a sale adjustment can be either:

1. An additional line item
2. An additional line with a description only
3. An adjustment to a line item on the original sale

To add an additional line item select a sale account.

To add an additional line with a description only enter the text into the "Line Description" field and leave the other fields blank

To make an adjustment to a line item on the original sale select the "Related Sale Item"

If you are processing a returned item then it would normally be the case of selecting the "Related Sale Item" for the item(s) returned.
